Our team of 2 was called in to help The Boston Consulting Group as part of a larger effort in the revamping of personalized banking services at a large Indian retail bank. This was a 2 week long rapid prototyping and co-design project.
Building up on ground research done by the team at the Boston Consulting Group, we tested out ways of implementing the following key takeaways in an iPad app:
- Users responded better to a more visual way of managing their wealth
- There was a wide array of needs and goals that users wanted to align their wealth management towards
- Users who were unsure of what strategy to follow for their personal wealth management, relied heavily on peer strategies.
